Estimated Delivery Times

Because our products ship from global partners, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Canada / UK / Australia: 11–16 business days
  • Rest of World: 13–18 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking Updates

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.

If tracking does not update immediately, your package may already be in transit.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Lorvoiada is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
  • Customs fees are generally uncommon for jewelry but may vary by country

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery.

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Our team will review and arrange a replacement if necessary

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lorvoiada is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as “Delivered.”

If your package cannot be located:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
